1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to Tattlas, an iPhone-only application provided by Yener Aydemir under the Artegama brand. The data controller and app operator is Yener Aydemir. Artegama is a brand name only and is not a company or legal person separate from Yener Aydemir. Contact us at info@artegama.com for privacy and personal-data requests.
The app offers no account or sign-in. No name, email address, telephone number, postal address, or public profile information is requested.
2. Data stored on your device
The following information may be stored locally on your device so the app can operate:
- Designs you like or archive and your viewing history.
- Daily discovery and archive counters.
- Filters, theme, notification, and similar app preferences.
- The current premium entitlement on the device; Apple maintains the authoritative purchase record.
3. Offline catalogue and network access
The core design catalogue is bundled with the app, so viewing designs does not require a connection to an image server. Liking, passing, filtering, and local archiving can work offline.
An internet connection may be required for purchase verification or restoration and support links.
4. Purchases through Apple
Premium purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The app operator does not see or store your payment-card information.
Apple may process information under its own privacy policy to complete transactions, verify entitlements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
5. No advertising, accounts, or tracking
Tattlas offers no app account or cloud synchronisation. Archives, collections, preferences, and counters are not sent from the device to a Tattlas account.
Tattlas displays no advertising, contains no third-party advertising SDK, performs no cross-app tracking, and does not request IDFA.
- You can remove local data from Settings or by uninstalling the app.

6. AI-assisted images
Some catalogue images may have been created or edited in advance with artificial-intelligence tools. Your personal data is not sent to image-generation services while you use the app. Images are for inspiration; we do not guarantee uniqueness, tattoo suitability, or absolute independence from every third-party right.
7. Sharing, retention, and security
The app operator does not sell your in-app preferences. Information may be shared only with service providers as necessary, where legally required, or to protect rights and security.
Local data may remain until you delete the app or clear it through an available app control. Apple transaction records are retained under Apple’s policies. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
8. Your rights and children’s privacy
Where the KVKK, GDPR, or similar law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction by emailing info@artegama.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and request.
Tattlas is not designed for children. Users below the applicable legal age should use the app with a parent or legal guardian.
9. Changes and contact
