Content and Rights Report

Explains how to report suspected copyright, trademark, personality, privacy, or other rights concerns.

Last updated · 3 August 2026

1. Reporting channel

If you believe an item in the İzKüre catalogue infringes your rights, email info@artegama.com with “İzKüre Content Report” in the subject line.

2. What to include

  • Your name, contact details, and authority if you act for the rights holder.
  • A description of the work, mark, likeness, design, or other right you believe is protected.
  • A design name, screenshot, or sufficiently precise description so we can locate the item in the app.
  • A concise, factual explanation of why you believe the use infringes your right.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and the report is made in good faith.
  • Where appropriate, documents or links showing ownership or authority to act.

3. Review and action

We review sufficiently detailed reports within a reasonable period. We may request more information, temporarily disable content, or remove it in a later app update. Submitting a report does not guarantee a finding of infringement or a particular outcome.

We may decline incomplete, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith requests intended to remove another person’s content improperly.

4. Counter-notice and repeat issues

A rights holder or source who believes removal was a mistake may send a reasoned counter-notice to the same address. For conflicting claims, we may request further evidence or await a competent authority’s decision.

We track the source of substantiated issues and may stop using a content group or supplier where problems are repeated or systematic.

5. Personal data and legal remedies

Personal data in a report is processed only to evaluate the request, communicate with the parties, defend rights, and meet legal obligations. Where necessary, it may be shared with the other party, advisers, service providers, or competent authorities.

This process does not remove your legal rights or your ability to contact a competent court or authority.
