1. Acceptance and scope
By downloading or using İzKüre, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; mandatory law and applicable Apple terms prevail in the event of conflict.
The app is provided by Yener Aydemir under the Artegama brand. Artegama is a brand name, not a company or legal person separate from Yener Aydemir. The contracting party and app operator is Yener Aydemir. Support: info@artegama.com
2. Purpose of the service
İzKüre is an independent inspiration app for discovering tattoo styles and visual ideas. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any tattoo artist, studio, social-matching service, or other application.
Content is not medical, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified tattoo artist and, where appropriate, a health professional before applying a design to your body.
3. Licence and acceptable use
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, resell, bulk-extract, or use the app or catalogue to build a competing dataset.
- You may not bypass security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
- You may not manipulate the rewards, purchases, or entitlement system with fake traffic, automation, or other abuse.
4. Images, AI, and intellectual property
Rights in the app interface, software, brand elements, and catalogue belong to Yener Aydemir or the relevant licensors. Some catalogue images may have been created or edited with artificial-intelligence tools.
Liking or saving an image does not grant an exclusive right or commercial-use licence. We do not guarantee that a design is unique, suitable for tattooing, or entirely free of third-party rights. Confirm the rights and permissions for any final design with your tattoo artist.
5. Free allowances and rewarded ads
Free use may be subject to daily discovery and archive limits. If a rewarded ad is offered, you may choose to watch it for additional allowances or continue without watching. The promised reward is shown before the ad and added only after the provider confirms completion.
Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not guaranteed to be available. We may make a reasonable correction after a technical error where it does not create an unfair gain. Allowances obtained through fraud or automation may be removed.
6. Premium, renewal, and cancellation
Premium is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription with a €0.99 base price or a one-time Lifetime Premium purchase with a €3.99 base price. The App Store displays the final local price based on country, tax, and currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the monthly subscription may renew under Apple’s rules. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Lifetime Premium does not renew and can be restored for the eligible Apple account. Refunds are governed by Apple and applicable consumer law. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel the monthly subscription.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
7. Availability and changes
Although many app functions work offline, purchases, restoration, and advertising may depend on Apple, the ad provider, your device, and internet access. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
We may change features for security, legal compliance, or product development. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated as required by applicable law and App Store rules.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”. You are responsible for the decision to obtain a tattoo, artist selection, the result, health effects, and consequences of third-party services.
Yener Aydemir’s liability as app operator is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, without excluding liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
